Afin de maintenir la qualité du service Cloud Connect, nous effectuerons une maintenance de ses composantes. La maintenance consistera à déplacer les données d'un volume.

Durant la maintenance, il se peut que certains clients éprouvent des difficultés à effectuer des sauvegardes vers leur voûte Cloud en obtenant le message d'avertissement "Backup file cannot be accessed because it is located on extent in maintenance mode."

Toutes les opérations reprendront automatiquement une fois que la maintenance sera complétée.

In order to maintain the quality of the Cloud Connect service, we will perform maintenance on its components. Maintenance will consist of moving data from a volume.

During maintenance, some customers may experience difficulty performing backups to their cloud vault when they get the warning message "Backup file cannot be accessed because it is located on extent in maintenance mode."

All operations will resume automatically once maintenance is completed.
